Ingredients:
Egg yolks - 8
Castor sugar - 200g
Orange peels - 1 lemon
Cream - 1ltr
Vanilla essence - 5ml
Corn flour - 10ml

Method
Beat egg yolks, castor sugar and flour until thick and pale. Heat cream, vanilla essence and lemon peels until luke warm. Strain and pour into egg mixture. Stir until everything has dissolved, then place mixture into a saucepan. Stir at a medium heat until mixture resembles a custard consistency. Place into 8 cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.
To Serve
Melt 250ml of sugar on low heat and pour over dessert just before serving.
